Why Alpha Chi?

Hello!

I’m Sina, the Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Chi Omega. On behalf of my chapter, I am ecstatic that you are considering joining Greek life at USC. While recruitment can be hard and stressful at times, it can also be an incredibly rewarding experience that helps you find deep friendships and sisterhood.

When I was considering joining a sorority, I was looking for a home away from home. Alpha Chi Omega not only met that need but also exceeded my expectations in so many ways. As a new member, I was welcomed into the chapter with open arms, and I can happily say that I’ve had the pleasure of making some of my best college memories in our house. Alpha Chi Omega is a constant source of joy--from bid days to big little reveals or even watch parties of The Bachelor. I cannot imagine the person I would be if I had not joined Alpha Chi Omega, and I am glad I do not have to. Instead, I am overjoyed that I have sisters who support, challenge, and have led me to grow into the best version of myself.

I hope you will see the sisterhood Alpha Chi Omega offers as you move through the recruitment process and ultimately find your home away from home in the Panhellenic community. I cannot wait to meet you this Spring!

Hi y’all!

My name is Riley Sidebottom and I’m the Vice President of Recruitment Information for Alpha Chi Omega. My sisters and I are so excited that you have decided to go Greek and cannot wait to meet you! While the recruitment process can definitely be stressful, I can assure you that the sisterhood that awaits you is beyond worth it and is a gift that keeps on giving.

When I started my time at USC, my favorite memories whether good, bad, funny or sad always included my female friends. At USC I knew I wanted to join a sorority to be part of a sisterhood that would be ever present throughout my college memories and continue to uplift me after graduation. Alpha Chi Omega has given me that and so much more!

The kindness, support, and love my sisters have shown me everyday since I joined this house is something I will be eternally grateful for. Whether it's getting ready for gameday, laughing through Monday night dinners, or throwing coins in the wishing well at Disneyland, my sisters are an endless source of good times and happy memories.

I hope you all feel the genuine love and sisterhood that Alpha Chi can give you as you go through the recruitment process. We can’t wait to meet all of you as you go through the recruitment process to find your forever homes!
