Involvement

The sisters of Alpha Chi Omega spend every semester working hard to achieve excellent grades. We encourage, support and help each other achieve academic success through study hours, designated quiet study rooms, and activities such as Scholarship dinner. Sisters are also encouraged to develop her character by gaining valuable experiences in organizations outside of the Greek community. Alpha Chi Omega alumni award scholarships to women each year who succeed both academically and personally.

Scholarships

These are Alpha Chi Omega scholarships that are offered either through Panhellenic, our chapter specifically, or Alpha Chi Omega's Headquarters:
-Every fall, Panhellenic offers a “new member” scholarship. They pick 2 girls from every house to receive it.

-Every spring, we have the Epsilon Centennial Scholarship for girls who exemplify academic interest and leadership ability, whether it’s in Alpha Chi Omega or another organization. The amount and the number of people who receive it varies, and it applies directly to your tuition. So it’s not a Scholarship for dues but it does offset the costs.

-Every spring, Nationals has scholarships for both merit and need. Those applications open in January and close in March.
Nationals also has educational assistance grants every fall (app opens in October, link https://www.alphachiomega.org/axo-foundation/scholarships-grants/educational-assistance-grants/ )

-Lastly, Nationals has Member Assistance Grants, which are specifically for girls who are in a financial bind due to life changing circumstances. Applications are continuous so you can apply whenever. Link here — (https://www.alphachiomega.org/axo-foundation/scholarships-grants/member-assistance-grants/)
